  • Referral partners and supervising agencies — courts, probation/parole officers, case managers, hospitals, treatment centers, DFCS, and the VA, to the extent necessary to coordinate a member's housing and report on program compliance

  • Service providers — vendors who help us operate (e.g., background check providers, IT and website hosting providers, payment processors), who are contractually required to protect your information

  • Legal and safety requirements — when required by law, court order, or subpoena, or when necessary to protect the safety of a member, staff, or the public

  • Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction
