Semi-Private Rooms

Aged Out Foster Youth

For young adults aging out of foster care, Honeywood Independent Living offers the stable home and guiding structure needed to confidently step into independent adulthood.

Step-Down Population

Honeywood Independent Living supports individuals stepping down from rehabilitation with a structured, substance-free home or adults stepping down form assisted living designed to strengthen recovery and lasting independence.

Our Process

  • 01 - Referral

    A referral partner, case manager, family member, or the individual themselves reaches out to begin the process. Honeywood serves as a single, trusted point of contact — making it simple for referral sources to connect someone in need with a safe housing option.

  • 02 - Screening

    Every prospective member goes through a clear, respectful screening process to confirm the right fit between their needs and the home best suited to support them. This step protects the safety and stability of the entire program.

  • 03 - Intake

    On move-in day, new members step into a fully furnished, welcoming home. Intake includes a full orientation to house expectations, introductions to staff and housemates, and everything needed to start settling in with confidence from day one.

  • 04 - Membership

    This is where all the magic happens! Our member will enjoy a calm, safe living environment with access to a wealth of relevant resources and support. True stability takes root when you have the right tools to grow.

Basic Program Eligibility

To ensure a safe and peaceful living environment, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Demonstrate the ability to live independently without 24-hr supervision

Have verifiable source of income or approved funding

Be willing and able to live respectful in a shared living environment

Agree to comply with all house rules, policies and community expectations

Be capable of maintaining personal hygiene and basic housekeeping responsibilities

For the safety and well-being of all members, we may not be the right placement for individuals who:

Are actively using illegal substances
